Dr. Muhammad Ayaz

Dr. Muhammad Ayaz is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Islamic Studies at Ghazi University, Dera Ghazi Khan, Pakistan. He holds a Ph.D. in Islamic Studies from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur and has extensive experience in higher education, academic research, quality assurance, and educational development. Born in Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan, Dr. Ayaz completed his early education at Govt. Sadiq Dane Model High School and Govt. Sadiq Egerton (SE) College, Bahawalpur. He earned his Master's, M.Phil., and Ph.D. degrees in Islamic Studies from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur. In addition to his academic qualifications, he also holds a diploma in Graphic Design, reflecting his interest in creativity and digital innovation. Before joining Ghazi University in 2021, Dr. Ayaz served in the Education Department as an Education Officer (Quality Assurance, Monitoring and Evaluation), where he contributed to improving educational standards and institutional performance. He also served as a British Council School Ambassador, promoting educational collaboration and professional development. Dr. Ayaz's academic interests include Islamic Studies, research methodology, contemporary Islamic thought, education, and quality assurance in higher education. He is actively engaged in teaching, research, scholarly writing, and mentoring students. Through his academic and professional contributions, he remains committed to advancing knowledge, fostering critical thinking, and serving the educational community.
