										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify">Summary</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Learning Management Systems (LMS) are commonly used in institutions of education around the world. The aim of this poster is to evaluate the assessment characteristics of these programs, interacting with two types of sources: peer-reviewed articles and Web documents. Our results show that the current focus is on technology evaluation, which indicates the need for an educational outcome-focused theory / pedagogy-driven assessment.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Introducing</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">The Training Management Systems are a dynamic software community designed to support training in network environments. Already various health education programs were using or planning to incorporate these schemes. It requires careful preparation and assessment to make certain technologies educationally successful. In addition to educational support for learning, the assessment of LMS includes the incorporation of various perspectives such as cost/effectiveness, technological characteristics of the product, commercial properties. The purpose of this article is to examine the features of published LMS, organizing them to suggest future research needs.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify">Method</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify">Two sources of information have been used in this study: traditional newspapers and web pages. Due to its popularity in the medical community and its traditional roles as the primary source of information on this subject, research journals were chosen. Based on their popularity and usability, web pages were chosen as the source.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Two repositories were searched to locate the research articles: PubMed and Eric. This repository provided a full index of research literature, not only in medical education but also in other fields of social and education. In each database, five keywords were used for the search: &#8220;Learning Management System,&#8221; &#8220;LMS,&#8221; &#8220;Courseware,&#8221; &#8220;WebCT,&#8221; &#8220;Blackboard.&#8221; In addition, &#8220;knowledge&#8221; and &#8220;evaluation&#8221; were added as a secondary strategy to filter within the search. Because of their success, the two brand names used in this hunt were picked. The articles retrieved were selected if their content was related to assessing any aspect of LMS. The web search was carried out in the same manner. The data collection consisted of defining and tabulating the specified salient features in each document. New tables have been developed that place the variables in the following groups: Communications, Education, Management, File Management, Web Creation, Educational Support, Others.</p>
<h1 style="text-align: justify">Effects</h1>
<p style="text-align: justify">Thirty-four journal references were found, 15 of which were not relevant to the subject of our study and were removed from this review. At the time of the research, there were no further 10 references available in our library system. Web search enabled us to recognize 20 links to our topic-related web. Due to redundancy (same content in different URLs), or lack of consistent access, seven sites were eliminated.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Four were systematic assessments of the implementation of technology technologies from the nine Journal References; three were qualitative accounts of the local experiences, five were recommendations for choosing software or software comparisons. In our research, ten web pages were comparisons and three were recommendations for choosing LMS.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Evaluations of Communication Features, Education, Management, and File Management categories were most commonly present in both publication classes (&gt; 20 percent of the references), while File Management functions were defined in much more detail in Web-based references (42 percent of the websites).</p>
<h1 style="text-align: justify">Analysis</h1>
<p style="text-align: justify">The exploratory study shows that the LMS evaluation is most often focused on organizing the technical features of these systems. There was an insufficient evaluation by students of the on-field use of LMS. It is important to determine the learning outcomes based on the use of these methods, and in this study, there was no assessment of the cost-effectiveness of these programs.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify">Future research initiatives in the field of health education will enhance our understanding of the importance of these innovations at various levels. More significantly, in order to improve learning, we need to consider how pedagogy, awareness, and technology can be combined. We need to be aware that improved learning is not the same as technological upgrades. To date, technology is a tool for industrialized education; the challenge for the Information Era is to develop new paradigms.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Many countries are committed to Universal primary education though it lags in its national and international targets of education for all. Similarly rights of Children and children with specific needs and discourage discrimination and promote equal opportunities for all. There is a growing recognition that education for all cannot be achieved without supporting inclusive Strategies for education. The Global community including the UN Agencies National governments INGOs, NGOs, and Civil Society Organizations are promoting Universal primary education. There are many international declarations, agreements, and conventions like EFA, MDGs, United Nations convention on rights of the child (UNCRC), and United Nations convention on rights of persons with disabilities (UNCRPD). That endorse access to free and compulsory primary education as the right of every child. Many developing countries have made a commitment to the Global community, being a signatory of all these documents, to ensure that no child is out of school-based on the cast, color, family background, and disability.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;">Universal Declaration on Education For All, 1990</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In 1993 representatives from 150 government and non-governmental organizations and delegates from 155 countries agreed at the “World Conference on Education for All” in Jomtien, Thailand to make primary education compulsory and accessible to all children. The participants also adopted a World Declaration on “Education for All” which re-endorsed the idea of education as fundamental human rights and recommended countries to take all necessary actions to meet the basic learning needs of everyone.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;"> Salamanca Statement, 1994</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In June 1994 representatives from 92 countries and 25 International organizations got together for a “World Conference on Special Education” in Salamanca, Spain the Salamanca Statement and Framework for action indicates that the</p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Education for All (EFA) cannot be achieved without the inclusion of children with special needs and other marginalized children.</li>
<li>The best way for their inclusion is to enroll them in neighboring regular schools instead of regular Schools.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The framework of action for that urges that pre and in-service teachers training should address the provision of inclusive education.</p>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;"> Millennium Development Goals, 2000</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> The MDGs are the outcomes of the Millennium Summit 2000 that was attended by 23 International organizations and 193 UN member states. There are eight international development goals agreed by member states to get achieved by 2015 in developing countries. The MDGs include:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> Eradicate extreme poverty and hunger; achieve universal primary education; promote gender equality, and empowering women; reducing child mortality rates; improve maternal health; combating HIV/AIDS, Malaria, and other diseases; ensuring environmental sustainability; and developing a global partnership for development.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> The 2nd MDG “Universal Primary Education” is further divided into three targets:</p>
<ol style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Increase in enrollment at primary level</li>
<li>Decrease the dropout of the children at the primary level.</li>
<li>Provision of quality education to all children.</li>
</ol>
<p style="text-align: justify;">United Nation Convention on Rights of Child, 1989</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) is based upon four main principles: Non-discrimination, the Best Interest of the child, Survival, and Development, and children’s participation. As per article 23 UNCRC, “States parties recognize and that is the mentally or physically disabled child should enjoy a full and decent life, in conditions which ensure dignity, promotes self-reliance and facilitate the child’s active participation in the community”. Article 28 states that the state parties should ensure the right of the child to education based on equal opportunity. They shall make primary education compulsory and free for all.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> United nation convention on the rights of persons with disabilities, 2006</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">UNCRPD was introduced in 2006 and was ratified by the different governments in 2011. The right to Inclusive education is protected through different Articles of the Country.  In realizing this right state parties shall ensure that:</p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Persons with disabilities are not excluded from the general education system based on disability.</li>
<li>A person with disabilities can access an inclusive, quality, and free primary education and secondary education on an equal basis with other and communities in which they live.</li>
<li>A person with a disability is a receive the support required over than the general education system to facilitate their effective education</li>
</ul>
<h2 style="text-align: justify;"> Conclusion</h2>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Based on the above discussion, we can sum up that different Countries have made commitments to provide free and compulsory primary education to all children without any discrimination. Department of Education is the custodian which has been given the responsibility for the provision of education at the grassroots level. It means that many Governments of the countries can fulfill their commitment only if teachers and educators ensure that no child in the catchment area of the school is out of the school due to any reason.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">We also need to understand that bringing children with disabilities due to regular schools doesn’t necessarily mean that it is a burden for the teachers. This is a prime responsibility of the teachers and the basic right of a child.</p>

Fortunately, you can put history to your side and use other people&#8217;s learnings to develop admirable strengths in leadership. Good leaders have seven specific qualities that stand out as contributing to their success. The good news is that through practice and repetition, each of those leadership qualities, behaviors, and traits can be taught.</p>

We have a straightforward, exciting vision of where they&#8217;re going and what they&#8217;re trying to achieve, and are outstanding at strategic planning. That consistency separates them from managers. Having a clear vision transforms the individual into a particular type of person. This vision quality transforms a &#8220;transactional manager&#8221; into a &#8220;transformation leader.&#8221; While the job is done by a manager, great leaders tap into their employees &#8216; emotions.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>2. Courage</strong></h3>

<p style="text-align: justify;">One of the strong leader&#8217;s most important qualities is bravery. Having the quality of courage means you&#8217;re willing to take risks with no assurance of success in achieving your goals. Because there is no certainty about life or business, any commitment you make and any action you take involves some kind of risk. Among the seven qualities of leadership, courage is the outward trait that is most recognizable.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>3. Integrity</strong></h3>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The first value that all the collected executives agree on for their company is integrity in every strategic planning session that I have conducted for large and small corporations. We all agree on the value of total honesty, both internally and externally, in everything they do. Truthfulness is the core of Integrity. Integrity demands that you always tell the truth in every situation, to all people. Truthfulness is the founding quality of confidence that is important for any company to succeed.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>4. Humility</strong></h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Modesty&#8217;s getting results. Larry Bossidy, Honeywell&#8217;s former CEO and author of the book Execution explained why leadership qualities, such as modesty, make you a more effective leader:</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Those who are solid and aggressive but also humble are great leaders. Humility doesn&#8217;t mean you&#8217;re weak or insecure about yourself. It means you have the confidence and self-awareness to recognize other people&#8217;s worth without feeling threatened. This is one of the rarer attributes of good leaders or traits because it requires one&#8217;s ego to be contained. This means you&#8217;re willing to acknowledge that you might be incorrect, that you may not have all the answers. And it means you give credit where credit is due which a lot of people are failing to do.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>5. Strategic Planning</strong></h3>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Great leaders at strategic planning are outstanding. It&#8217;s another of the more important characteristics of leadership. You have the ability to look ahead, to predict where the business and the markets are heading with some accuracy.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Leaders should predict patterns well ahead of their rivals. They continually ask, &#8220;Where&#8217;s the market going on based on what&#8217;s happening today? Where would it be in three months, six months, a year, and two years?&#8221; By careful strategic planning, they do this. Only the leaders and companies that can reliably predict potential markets will possibly survive because of the rising competition. Just foresighted leaders will benefit from the &#8220;first-mover advantage.&#8221;</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>6. Focus</strong></h3>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Leaders always focus on the company&#8217;s needs and the situation. Leaders concentrate on performance, what has to be done by themselves, others, and the business. Great leaders are concentrating on strengths, in themselves and in others.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">We concentrate on the organization&#8217;s assets, the things the company does best to please challenging clients in a competitive marketplace. Your ability as a leader to call the shots and ensure everyone is concentrated and focused on the most effective use of their resources is important for the company&#8217;s excellent performance.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;"><strong>7. Cooperation</strong></h3>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Your ability to get everyone to cooperate and come together is key to your success. Leadership is the ability to get people who want to work for you.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Your twenty percent contribute 80 percent of your results. Your ability to select these people and then work well with them on a daily basis is essential for the organization to function smoothly. Gain the support of others by making every single day a commitment to get along well with every key person. When it comes to a job you always have a choice: You can do it yourself, or you can get someone else to do it for you. Which one would it be?</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Effective leaders are good communicators as well</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The ability to speak effectively and persuasively is another important trait which the best leaders strive to perfect. In fact, in their own businesses, many tend to practice public speaking until they are ready to branch out into professional paid speaking gigs. While speaking out in front of crowds is a top fear for most of us, conquering this fear is what makes a good leader a great leader. If you&#8217;re able to surmount your fear of speaking and start leading more efficiently, just take the first step and the rest will become history.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Outstanding leaders lead by Example</h3>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For the most part, leaders are thinking about good leadership qualities and how to apply them daily. They also know that to truly win the will of their followers they must lead by example. The big attribute of good and great leaders is their willingness to stick to this idea.</p>
